Just invision yourself healthy, thin and happy. Even take the time out to draw it on paper. The new you. Keep it in you purse or post it up if you'd like. You can do this. You want to do this. It is not impossible.

Oh boy, I feel your pain! I am also a week out and nothing to dull the hunger. I feel weak and light headed and also no very fond of sweets. I sneaked in some v8 spicy juice just to get a break from those protein drinks and it was a slice of heaven. I am buying a vitamix for the post surgery food so I can liquify and drink normal food only extremely pulverized.

Thank you so much to the people who responded to my blog, I'm feeling better everyday, and not so hungry. I just keep repeating to myself that nothing tastes as good as thin feels!!!!!:thumbup:

I'm with you on this darn liquid diet, too. It SOOOOO sucks! I see our surgery dates are the same. Good luck!

The two week liquid does suck but when I was at the one week left part i was like yeah half way there and the time just seemed to fly by. You can do it.... Keep it up...
