Fantastic!!! Wow I am soooo happy for you. I liked how you went through the changes in how you have lost the weight through the months of having the band. But,...think of how different it all is from a year or even many years ago!!! You are really living the band!!

OH BG. That is so wonderful!!!!!! Your insights and sharing your self awareness is such a gift to us.. it just reminds me we are all in this as individuals and as a group and its a constant learning process. The difference is you can put the process into words like no other.
