Pre-surgical Thanksgiving...
Although I was a little reluctant:blushing: on how the day was going to be I truly say I stayed on track. I stuck w/ my diet and only had a small amount of turkey, 2 tbls of greens, 2 tblsp of green beans, half ear of corn, tblsp of mac n' cheese, and tblsp of dressing/stuffing. I stuck w/ my regular water and Crystal light and for dessert I had a sugar-free chocolate pudding.
I am truly proud of myself and am understanding that this is all about conditioning yourself to do something different then what you are use to doing. I do believe this is going to work for me through the holidays and get me to the appropriate BMI level so that I can proceed w/ my band placement. :cool2:
