I had my first fill this past Saturday. I don't seem to feel restriction like I thought i would. I have an appetite, and I eat anything I want...not what I expected. Is this normal? I am also feeling the port when I bend over, again is this normal? I am back at the gym and feel good, but when I try yoga, I think I feel the port. Can someone please tell me how they felt after the first fill? I was filled to 3cc. I really don't want to go in for a second fill already. Happy Thanksgiving!!

Hi I had NO restriction after the first fill. I could eat anything I wanted too and how much I wanted too even. Try not to give in and feed that appetite. REMEMBER why we had this done. It was not until 4 to 5 days after my second fill I had any feeling of restriction. It is different for most people. I had a third fill and I have been struggling as far as being able to eat what ever I want now. I am never hungry and need to force myself to get the food into me. I think I have enough restriction. I did not get my fourth fill about two weeks ago. I feel my port and have since the beginning. It has become a part of me now. Best wishes to your on your journey. imaluckydog Kathy

I did not have any restriction after my first fill. I had my second fill today . I will let you know how it goes. I have always felt my port my doctor said I am also feeling some scar tissue . Good Luck, Tina

I am glad to hear you say that you guys didn't have any restriction after your first fills, I was starting to worry that I was such a chronic overeater that I would never be able to have any restriction. I guess I was hoping I would feel like I did when I was pregnant and not be able to eat much because I got that full feeling quickly. I am hoping for the second fill to be more beneficial. My drs office won't do my second fill until 8 weeks after the first one, is that common?
