:thumbup:Last day of my clear liquid diet. Thank goodness. I was so sick of the Unjury chicken soup I thought I would puke. I am very proud of myself. It was not as hard as I thought it would be. I did not get hungry or crave one time. This band is awesome. I was down 16.8lbs as of Tuesday. I will only weigh myself once a week so I will be blogging my weight every Tuesday.

lol! I also am so sick of the unjury chicken soup. It is a nice change from the sweet jello and chocolate unjury though. I was banded 7 days ago so I'm not far behind you :biggrin: Great job staying positive. I'm really excited too and the results are an early boost! Good luck
