I am trying to find out what I am doing wrong?? I was banded on 9/25/09 and between the 2 wks prior to the surgery n up until now I have lost 20 lbs. My frusteration is that I have been the same weight for about 3 wks now. I have not lost another lb since. What am I doing wrong?? Can someone please help me? Is this normal? I am like stuck in a rutt n can't get out n need help. If anybody can let me know if this is normal or if I should be losing more weight I don't know. I need help, recipes ideas n input. Thnxs!!
