I too am 2 weeks out, and just started the pureed diet. I found that I had a hard time too, but than I found out that I just wasnt making it "moist" enough. I am not sure if you are allowed tuna, or chicken but I am, and I make it into a pureed salad with low fat mayo. I also found that I was taking to big of bites, and eating to fast, as I was so used to drinking my meals. Before the surgery my bad points were that I ate to fast and took big bites. So this is something I have a hard time breaking. I found that I put my food now on a small plate, and I use my daughters baby spoon to make sure I take small bites! It worked for me =) Hope you start doing better! Best of luck!
