Hi, I think it is week 10!!! yeah!! things are going really good, I am down 48 lbs, or so give or take a pound or 2 depends on what time of day I weigh myself.. lol :) I went to dinner at some friends over the weekend and I wasn't sure about eating you know if everything would go down alright, but things went great it was a fun time and no problems!

Oh I did forget to mention about my first fill... :smile2: it was awful.. I had 1.5 cc's and that was way to much, after 24 hrs. of pain I went in and had .5 cc's removed and everything was great :wink:

so yep as I was saying before everything is going great!! see ya!!:boink:

what kind of pain was it? I feel pain whenever I eat, like a soreness at my band site and I am always wondering if its normal

      I’ve used my Xbox for exercise games too and it can be pretty motivating, especially on days when I don’t want to leave the house. Kinect games really do make you move, and after a session with kickboxing or dancing, I always feel like I’ve actually gotten a solid workout. The controller-free setup feels way more natural for workouts than anything I tried on the Wii. Zumba is fun but definitely takes a little time to get the moves right. Lately, when I’m not working out, I spend time trading CS2 skins and finding new guides on this link. There’s a lot of interesting tips if you’re into games outside of fitness too.

      I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
