I received my 2nd fill on Tuesday the 13th. I felt the restriction, but now 4 days later I don't feel it. I talked to my doctor and she told me that I should eat my meats first and than my food, because the meat will full you up faster. Is that True?..... Maybe I'm not eating enough meat to make me full.. :wink2:

Yes, you are suppose to eat your protein first. It's not uncommon to no have restriction after a 2nd fill. Matter of fact after my 2nd fill I was in the same position as you. I did get hungry between meals but I was determined so I just drank water when I felt hungry. Everyone is different so just be patient with yourself. You will get there.

Yes, eat your protein source first what ever it is you like. It has not been since my third fill that I have felt some GOOD restriction. It takes time. LauraKey is right BE Patient with yourself. When you get there you will know it. Best wishes imaluckydog

I had my third fill last week and have really had some difficulty with food getting stuck. Also throwing up mucus like slime. Has anyone had this problem, does it get better.

Yep, another one who took until the 3rd fill to really feel something (and my fills usually loosen in a few days too). Remember it's not about being 'full' it's about being 'satisfied' until your next meal...and always protein first! Good luck! -BG
