One month post op / had my first fill

:mad::smile: I had my first fill today.It was much easier than I thought, actually , I didn't feel a thing!

I am going to start working out twice daily, one hour walk in the morning and one hour later in the afternoon. So excited about my band!

It feels so good to have control over eating

now, it's becoming easier everyday.
