Well I am 16 years old and I was banded on September 17,2009 and so far it has been the hardest thing in my life. I dont go for my next fill until october 14, 2009. All and all I think I am doing well except for this slight pain in my upper left stomach.. Im nervous because I dont want my band to had slipped! has anyone ever experienced pain like this???

Well the pain that you are feeling, is that where your port is?? Take some tylenol and see if that helps, are you trying to eat too much? Have you called your doc??? I feel pain only when I try to over eat. Call your doc. and see what he says. Take care

I was banded on Sept. 18th and had pain on my left side for most of that next week. At the end of the 1st week it went away. If your pain continues, I would have it checked out. Good luck to you!
