I had my procedure done 10/1/2009. Currently I weigh 235 lbs. and am looking to get down to about 145lbs. I don't want to be a skinny minnie. I want to be a healthy one and although weight is not truly indicative of our health status, I will be using mine as a motivator. Hope you all have great success on your journeys and feel free to share with me as I will do about mine. God bless :thumbup:

I started my journey on May 28th at 258. I am now 209. I have a long way to go but like you hope to be healthy not a stick figure. The journey is not always easy. There are days you wonder what the heck you did to your self. I promise you it is always worth it. God bless you and good luck along the way.
