:thumbup: I was just wondering if anyone has any tightness in their band when you are stressed? I feel so much tightness in my band. I'm in the middle of moving and had a huge fight with my ex hubby!! UGGG!! I know I'm stressed to the max! does anyone ever feel this when their stressed or is it just ME?? HUGS & SMILES:huh2:

My fill nurse told me that stress often causes more restrictin in the band. I know when I was totally stressed a few weeks ago I sure didn't feel like eating which is unusual for me. Usually stress makes me want to pig out. Take a deep breath,then EXHALE. Things will get better. Good luck!
