I have got to decide when I want to weight during the day and go by that weight. We all know if you weight in the morning you weight less and more later in the day. As Most, I think I will go with the morning weight. First thing in the morning after I get up. That is when I will weight the least and that will make me happy.

Today's weight 255 lbs.
