High Protein Diet is WORKING!!! Dropped 3.5 lbs in a week!
I decided to follow the Lindora Lean for Life program. Very High Protein to get you into Ketosis in the first three Days, then introduce some good carbs day four on. It worked! I am only in a Moderate state of Ketosis and I have Lost 3.5 lbs this week or In 5 days actually. I go in for my second fill tomorrow and I have calmed down about it, thanks to all of those who sent a post.
I know it will help restrict my intake of foods that I don't need to be eating and stop my cravings more too, also I want to get going with an excercise program. There is a Gym I have checked out that is $35 per month, and a personal trainer to assist you in setting up your Program!
