I am 6 days post op, and was doing great pain wise. Yesterday was the first day that I did quite a bit of walking including a couple of staircases. I now have an awful sharp pain on my left side whenever I move, try to sleep or anything. Has anyone else had this problem?

I had bad gas pain for 10 days after surgery. With walking it got worse before getting amazing better. Hot drinks worked well for me, especially pepermint tea...or a pepermint droped in some hot water. It gets better I promise!

I am 5 weeks post surgery and feeling great (20lbs down). Still get some gas pain now and then but I'm used to it now. Good luck!
