After mt last fill, about 4 months ago, I,ve been having trouble sleeping without waking up coughing my brains out because of fluid being pushed back up and I guess when I swallow it back down some gets into my lungs(like swallowing something the wrong way would do to you).

I believe I'm at my sweet spot and don't want to try an unfill because I'll start eating more and then, here comes the weight again. Not sure what I'm going to do. I can't keep coughing like this anymore. And, I've taken to eating the slider foods. The easy way out. I've lost 50lbs. and I need to lose more. Maybe about another 30lbs or so to get to my goal.

Coughing at night is a big sign of acid reflux, which can be very dangerous to your esophagus and your pouch. A small unfill may be all you need, but it sounds like you need a hernia repair as well? Best wishes. -BG

Thanks, I have an appointment on Wednesday the 30th to have a slight unfill. I'll also talk to him about the hernia as well.
