This is great information, I really like the idea of setting ten pound goals. I'm going to use your idea, and see if it will help. The best thing about this post is it made me realize that I'm ok...I've been frustrated that the weight isn't coming off as fast as I would like it to and looking at what you posted, gives me a little better insight on what to look for as far as the contributing factors. I think I'll go back and take a look at my calendar and my blog.

BG This why I just love you GIRL!!!!;-) I have not been setting goals at all. I just wait for every Dr Visit to happen and I am also questioning how well I have been doing. I really eat so little and I know everyone is different. But I was thinking just this morning how important GOAL SETTING really is!!! Then I read your blog THANK YOU.... You are such a leader and I thank you for sharing. I was banded a few months after you but I still found your info extremely helpful. I do not feel like a newby anymore, that is for sure. I like the 10 pound goal and I also am going to revisit my blogs and see what I have done. I am happy with my progress and I think I am right where I am supposed to be. I have good restriction and have had it since day one. I also think my head is catching up little by little. Have a great day. imaluckuckydog Kathy

Great job. Isn't it great. I think I have had small goals in my mind, but I am a bit different because I have to focus on weighing just one pound less every weigh in or else I get complacent.

WOW, with all you have going in your busy life, I am always surprised how well organized and detailed people can be. I think I jot down my weight in my phone book when I think about it.
