I am trying to not get hungrier. My weight has stalled the last few days I am stuck at 244, so I need to kick some ass the next few days and workout. I do not want to gain anything. I have been eating carbs and veggie protein like soy. I am eating about 4oz 3-4 times a day. I think this is good. My Dr. did not give the best nutritional guide other than getting protein. I am vegetarian so it's different for me. I wish I could afford a nutrionalist. Any advice on eating on the mushies would be awesome :tongue_smilie:

 

Breakfast today was 1 pack oatmeal and half a nanner.

 

Lunch will likely be 4oz veg chicken

 

Dinner 1 large veggie sausage 30 grams of protein :)

 

I know it sounds vain but I have a show on 9/25 and really want to be 230.

I got a kick out of your original post! I was banded by Dr. Kuri the day after you, and your experience was almost identical to mine! : ) And yes, it was extremely noisy...thank God for the sleeping pills.

So I started at 262, and am now down to 250. I'm thinking I already need a fill because I can still chug water, and am able to eat a whole can of soup. I seriously don't think I should be able to eat that much. Are you having any issues w/your band?

I had the bad done on August 20th and I can eat a whole can of soup too! I have lost 20 pounds but I lost that before I got home....lol I am going for my first fill around the 1st.

Hang in there...ALL of you! Keep getting those fills and it WILL get better!

Sarah- I add soy protein powder (and a little extra water) to my oatmeal every morning...changes the consistency a little, but I can tolerate it in the oatmeal. I don't need even a 1/2 serving now!

Yeah it was a trip getting banded in Mexico. Did you stay at the hotel on the hard beds?

My band and incisions seem good. I am still having GAS and shoulder pain. I like the Gas X strips now. I carry them everywhere. Haha. I feel like a farty old lady.

I am so not sure if I will get a fill on the 4th week or 6th. My doc said the 6th week. But as I am sure you have read most get them sooner. Good luck with the fill.
