Lets get this party started
I have decided that I need to keep a day to day accounting of this journey. I am struggling right now with self control. I was doing so well with my exercise for the first 2 months but then I guess I wore myself out and got frustrated that the scale wasn't moving. I know I was losing inches but I wanted to see some pounds drop away.
I had my third fill yesterday. I see a difference. I am hoping I actually lose some weight this month. I need to sit down and plan healthy low carb meals but just haven't had the time or money or lets face it the motivation to really sit down and figure out what I am going to eat for a week.
So I guess my determination today. Is to steal Nike's motto and JUST DO IT. Why are the harder things in life always so easy to summarize in so few words?
