Lost additional 2 lbs. Started mushie stage and the weight loss slowed a bit. Was eating oatmeal for breakfast which is not the best food. First fill on 9/30. I went from borderline size 52 to a comfortable 48 and I punched my first hole in my belt.

Oatmeal is great. It is one of the suggested breakfast foods on most Australian plans and it helps to lower your cholesterol and keep your heart healthy.
