Been in boot camp for 3 weeks. Have 3 more weeks to go

I started working out at the track from 5 a.m. to 6 a.m. and then off to work 7 to 5:30. I do two 15 minute walks at work also.

I must say I am proud of myself. I have been out there every day (Monday thru Fridays)

I am not losing any weight. I keep bouncing back and forth from losing 3 lbs and gaining it back. When I weighed myself today I had lose 1.5 of the 3 lbs I gained. But a day or two later I gaines it back. On a brighter note I am losing inches.

Hey great job. I am the same way. I will lose two or three pounds and be so excited and the next day be up the same two or three and maybe even one more. I think especially as women our bodies vary soooo much from day to day with water wieght plus like band groupie says, it changes when you add muscle. The smartest thing to do is to weigh every week or even two. I cant say much, no joke I weigh 4-6 times a day. Yes I have issues. Good luck and keep up the good work. The excercise will pay off, I have lost 19.5 inches.

Wow! you are doing great! Muscle is heavier than fat like the other comments. It will come off! I bet you have gone down in inches though!!!!
