I was talking to a friend of mine tonight and he says "You're going to the gym pretty much every day?" I said yes, he says "So, the dedication was there before the surgery...so you really could have done this without the surgery?"....GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Those kids of people just don't understand. They either have the same issue and are jealous that you had the BALLS to do something about it or they don't have a weight issue and can't understand why we just don't go to the gym or eat less to lose the weight.

Your doing great! Not lose your faith because of those kinds of people.

What an insensitive jerk! I guess people are going to make comments that are just said and not thought through but do not let that or any other comment get you down.. just continue doing what you are doing.. I am scheduled to be banded on 9/22 and probably will endure looks and questions on my job as well.. but I am not entertaining them as people didn't care before and they'd better not care now!
