I have to be on liquids for 2 days. My fill was yesterday. I feel so hungry. Cold liquids going down feel uncomfortable. Warm liquids are better, but still not good.

It is so hard watching everyone around me have regular food and I can't have any.

I am contantly burping and get hiccups several times per day. I feel so miserable today. I wish someone had told me before this surgery what entirely was involved. I did not have knowledge of this site prior to the surgery. I am wondering if anyone else finds it hard after the fill appt.??? Liquids seem so slow to go down and I keep burping my chest to get the gas up. What the hell ??? :thumbup:

I do usually have issues for a day or so after a fill. Everything gets swollen and then it should get better. Good Luck

I hope you feel better real soon. I just had my second fill this afternoon. I get tight around the third to fourth day after the fill. I have to be on liquids/soft foods for 48 hours after my fills. Yes, how you feel after a fill in not so very pleasant that's for sure. But that I have lost 50 pounds in two months is terrific. I will suffer and NOT COMPLAIN I love how I will feel in a few days and hear all the wonderful complements. I just love that part.

I know it can be frustrating. I just got another fill yesterday and so I am on liquids/pureed foods. Soups it is but it's better to do it correctly than to get stuck on something....ask me how I know! (smile)

I hiccup....always five times after eating. giggle.
