another day another rant
i've been afraid to weigh myself bc i havent walked since wednesday. ughh i just feel awful..that walking really helps..i can feel the diff. ive been feeling great physically and emotionally..just an all around better mood when i walk regularly..and now i feel miserable. so tomorrows my brand new start. im going to restart my walking and making a goal to lose 7-10lbs by this time next month (my next doc appt.) i def think i need a fill..but i want to take this month to make sure its just not me being lazy.
