Took two weeks of vacation between 7/30/09 and 8/14/09. Fire Island,NY and Wildwood, New Jersey......Walked on the beach ALOT !

 

Lost 7 lbs in the process. Down to 248. It's hard to believe. Just came across my "before" picture. I can't believe it's the same person....

 

I feel great and only have 25 lbs to go.....
