wow how the days go by, it will be three weeks post - op for me and i am 18 p lighter, i went from 242 to 221 !! it feels very good and i am very happy that i have not yet had any issue i got for my first fill on the 24th and i an scared !! anyways i just want everyone to know that i does get easier, however u must first end ur relationship with food , like have , i only eat to stop my stomach from gawaling and now my life is alot easier , so far !! good luck everyone !!!:wink:

I just had my surgery 2 weeks ago, how did the liquid plan go for you? i'm finding it hard and i'm only 16 so i feel weird with all my friends. Was it hard for you?

yeah , but u get use to it ! try soups when ur out and just have the broth , like tomato soup from apple bees it's really good or try just have a cup of o.j . have ur mom buy u some chia seeds u can get them at a health food store and put them in ur drinks they help keep u full , it really works also have lots of shakes !! i'm only 26 so am not to much older then u , so call me if u ever want to talk ! nidia
