Today I had my 3rd fill. I am now at 6cc's. I had pretty good restriction with 5.5cc but I think this is going to do it for me!

 

My doctor's office said I was a rock star! Yes I am tooting my own horn.:blink: He said the average lapband patient loses 50lbs in a year and here I am just at 48lbs in almost 12 weeks.

 

Boy....am I proud. I am very happy I have put the work into my band that needed to be done.

 

Next week my new bellydancing classes start! I am also looking into Zumba classes. Variety will help me reach my goal.:thumbdown:

 

I love my band!:thumbup:

Zumba is a BLAST !!! Definitely, get the coin skirt when you start doing the belly dancing classes it's fun to make them shake!!! Good job and the 48 pounds, that's amazing!

TOOT your HORN loud and clear you deserve it. You do have lots to be PROUD of. The wt. loss is amazing. I too have been working with my band and we have been playing nicely as well. I love my band too!! Have a great day. imaluckydog Kathy
