Wow what a whirlwind - went to 1st dr. appointment at the end of June - July 29 - surgery - and today I am 12 days post op - and doing great. I am already down in weight and well I just have to get all the vitamins and water under control. water - water, water and more water! 1st Dr. Visit since surgery in 4 days. :blink:

  I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
