An off day

The last two days have been brilliant. I was feeling good and back to my normal self. Now today, I just feel blah.

 

I am exhausted, which has to do with a random gas-in-chest episode that woke me up at 5 and had me up until 7 so I know I didn't get enough sleep. But I also have a headache for the first time.

 

I expected headaches when I went off caffeine three weeks ago, but they never came. I think today's is in relation to the weather. It went from 90 and humid to high 70s and rainy.

 

Perhaps the weather is affecting my mood. I just want to sleep.
