If I miss one day at the gym, I gain weight! Yikes.
I have to excercise at least an hour a day to lose weight even with the lapband. If I miss a day at the gym,I gain a pound or two! This does not seem right to me. Shouldn't I be losing weight with the lapband, without killing myself at the gym? I only eat around 12 ounces of healthy food a day.
