HA HA made you look! Sorry, had to say it!

Anyway, me and Kevin took a trip to texas over the weekend. I gained 5 lbs. Anyway, we got home Monday, today is Thursday and I'm back down to my pre-Texas weight!!!!:smilielol5::hurray: :lol:

Side note, I actually exercised today. I walked a mile in 20 min, not as fast as I used to be, but I did it!

  I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
