Ok, all im hearing about is that i have to get my PROTEIN in. im just not sure what is the best product or what tastes the best and stuff like that.

 

So if you have any great recommendations or reviews about aproduct please let me know. im a little lost

ALSO, ive heard that Unjury is really great, but it is really expensive and apparently there are only 17 scoops in the biggest container so im guessing that if 17 shakes. that isnt much...

Hi, are you pre-op? or post? I just started my first shake and i'm having the slim fast..so far so good today is my first day and i'm drinking the french vanilla. well let me know if helped
