Wow energy

Wow I have noticed the amount of energy that I have. I'm able to go to the gym 3xs a week for now, on mondays I do a 30 min pilates, 30 min of yoga and then 1 hour of cardio latin. Tuesday 1 hour of cardio latin and saturday 45 min of cardio and 1 hr of spinning class. The spinning class is very motivating to bust your butt and love it :thumbup: :confused::blush::lol::tt1::blink:

Some sundays we are able to play tennis with my friends and wow that is another big improvement a long time ago I was only able to play for like 30 min now we play for hours straight, what I do is take my crystal light and a fruit cup for snacks. Also I'm able to job light with my dogs, my plan is to be able to run straight with my dogs, little by little I will be able to do that in the future.

Sounds great!!

Are you having any issues with crunches? I am 10 weeks post-op but still feel a bit sensitive to that area. Any suggestions?
