Pre-Op Liquid Diet
Dr. Moran put me on a 7 days pre-op liquid diet because I didn't lose any weight between office visits, I actually gained 8lbs.
I need to take better responsibilitiy for my weight. Part of me had my mind set that I needed to eat as much as I could because I'd never have it again.
Another problem I'm having is exercise. I needed to get more motivated to exercise. I have a gym membership I'm paying for every month and the card looks so great on my keychain. :-)
My surgury is scheduled for 7/30 @ 0800 and I have to be at the hospital by 0600. Almost like the airport. I'm not taking anything the the clothes I'm wearing. I want to have the surgery, recover, and go home and probably sleep the rest of the day.
More to come later. I'm studying for a final exam tomorow. Wish me luck.
