Life's Little Surprises...Laura Key
Wow...I woke up Saturday and my body felt really different. I felt lighter and my hips had more room to move. Funny you notice little things. So, I jumped on the scale....something I don't do a lot because I don't want to chain myself down to that....AND.......five more pounds gone. 40lbs gone and I could not be more tickled.
Had to do with the fill since I had to do liquids for two days, soft foods for two days and then back to normal.
I continued to work out five days a week and it just paid off.
Everyday is a joy.
Now...I understand I could hit a plateau sooner or later and I am ok with that but for now...I am just enjoying my progress.:thumbup:
