Calories and Protein -- how do you do it?
I'm being banded on Thursday....will do liquid for 3 weeks, mushies for 1 week, the introduce regular food.
Once on regular food, how many calories do y'all generally get in...in order to keep losing at a good clip?
Also, is it easy to get your protein in? Dietician said I need 98 grams.
