So today marks 9 days until my Surgery Date!

I'm 3 days on this Opti-Fast Diet, and already lost

10lbs so I'm pretty stoked about that......

Currently: I'm at work listening to my co-workers NOT helping me out and talking amungst themselves, so that puts me in a good mood... :thumbup: Not... and I'm itching like crazy bc of these Hornet bites from like a week ago :blink:

All in all, I think I'll be ok... lol As long as i have a good book and my ipod Ill be ok <3

  I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
