wow what a day

to:sneaky::sneaky:day has been up and down. today is day 2 on the 10 day fast.Yesterday was good till 4 and I started feelimg funny thank heavens my hubby brought my another protien drink and some broth. helped a lot. today was good till 4 same thing but i started to grt real crabby. wow i hope this subsides. My hubby and kids are going to move out for the next 8 days LOL. Dawni:sneaky:

4 pm jitters, have the shake at about 3.30 to avoid it. Your body is going through a detox too, so be prepared for the ggrrr. Just keep on going because it pass'es
