Frustrated and need a little support...
:rolleyes2:Dear Frustrated,I am going to get my lapband in Nov. late Nov. I NEED to get my health back, and my blood pressure down. At this
point for me, I will feel better, look better, and not worry about having the strokes my mother had. I don't know how
it will feel to eat so differently, and I will need support , but I have a chance at a new me. Remember negitive thoughts, are just that and we don't need them. DO this for YOU, not
anyone else, you are worth this! You are the one that will change, and maybe others will do the same after they see you and feel your Joy. We should pray for one another.:blushing:
Life style change Yes, but change is good and much needed.
Love You. Keep your chin up, and know what YOU want. I believe to have strength in all things one day at a time.
