my post op visit
well, I got a fill on the 7th, cause they think I am not loosing fast enough, but I think I am doing good, of course I had some set backs down the road but I still lost a lb a week. They want me to exercise more like riding bike, and cardio, plus weight lifting to build muscle... They gave me some good ideas for meals and I am to have solid protein not liquid protein the solid lasts longer than liquid so I found some good reciepes online for protein bars and it will save me alot of money than going to the store and paying an arm and a leg for only 5 bars when I can double my bach for little of nothing....If anyone wants to save some dough just go into your search engine and type in protein bar reciepes and it comes up with a big list...I also go into food network they have a lot of healthy reciepes...
