Little fill in 1 week
So I am going to get a very little fill in 1 week from today. I am able to eat just a little too much. I am still lossing a little weight, but really slow.
For lunch I had a 1/2 of a chicken skinless boneless thigh and a little bit of brocoli and a laughing cow cheese triangle. That filled me up and I am satisfied, but I did not have any restriction. I just got full.
Is that right? I guess I am waiting for that tight restriction feeling before I stop eating. Am I doing this wrong?????:confused3:
