Swimming
I started water fitness. :thumbup:It is one heck of a workout. I go to the YMCA. I love it there.:thumbup: I am also taking swimming lessons to improve my freestyle and rescue styles. I have noticed my skin getting tighter with the working out. I also noticed that my tummy is really starting to flatten out and I can feel some abs in there too! I am excited to see and feel the changes with in only 3 weeks of hard core workouts! I have been going to the pool about 5 to 6 times a week. I had to take a day off last Friday I think the heat here in Phoenix was just to much and lack of water intake on my part.:crying: So I had to leave early. It was sad. But I am happy that I know how to really listen to my body. I have increased my water intake to 20 more ounces a day. That makes it about 80 ounces a day. I need that with the burning of Kcals that I am doing with swimming. So BIG FYI :blink:If you are swimming for your workouts you still have to drink drink drink. :tt2:OOOO and one more thing... Dont drink your water bottle while you are in the pool. The pool makes your band tighter while you are in it!...:thumbup: I am still learning but this is really fun ya all should try it when you are ready!
ONE MORE THING... Dont drink the pool water :thumbup: you never know what is in it.....:blushing:
