hi everyone,

here i am almost done with my two week week recovery time, and getting ready to return to work early next week.

updates: i took the steri-strips off my small incisions and they look ok. i am leaving the big one for my doctor...

today i decided that i NEEDED to eat something other than a liquid, and made myself some soft cooked scrambled egg beaters with a little melted cheese. i ate very slowly (it must have taken me 10 minutes to eat the tiny amount i cooked) and chewed about 12 gazillion times before swallowing.

one word. :tt1:YUM. after endless liquids it was like a feast. so tasty.

fullness: i am pleased to report that i did indeed become quite full. after putting down the plate, i plopped down on my back on my bed with a big smile and took a nap.

OH! I'm no longer too sore to sleep in my normal position so that has been quite lovely.

Hi,

I was banded June 29th and I fell ok except one incision. I suppose that is where the port is? It doesn't really hurt that bad but doesn't feel the same as the others. Anyone else feel that way or did feel that way.
