Here is what I have learned about me, PROTIEN PROTIEN PROTIEN and some calcium! I have learned the key to succsesfull weight loss with myself is protien. I dont nesscearly need food to keep me going but i do need protiene and calcium along with a good multi-vitamin. I have tried to go with out my protien and i have noticed a huge difference and its amazing the energy i get with just protien and proper hydration and vitamins. so here it is in a nutshell.
1. PROTIEN
2. Calcium
3. Water or my fav Crystal Light
4. Movement (excersie or walk)
5. food only if you have true hunger not head hunger
