BG, I was concerned that I haven't seen your post, and was worried you had another weird kind of complication. I also gained this week a whooping 4lbs! I went to northern CA. for a girls weekend and ended up eating/drinking as before. Absolutely no restriction, I hate to admit it, but I actually ate fast food, McDonalds and TacoBell. (I usually never do that) I came back home worried to death that I totally screwed up my band, like stretching completely out. Also, my weight loss has not been like yours, maybe a total of 14 lbs. since surgery. Anyway, I am in the same boat and we WILL GET BACK ON TRACK! My 2nd fill is on the 18th.

Hey BG, hang in there !! Just remember where you were when you had the LB and think about where you could be if you didn't have it ! It WILL be o.k. !! Good luck on your Dr. visit, I can't get another fill until July 2. Together, we will all make it to the promised land !!

Ohh, BG my friend, you are always so 'the voice of reason' and I know you'll be able to present your case to the DR and get a small fill. It is soo weird how they differ across the country. I mentioned there was a women in the support group who was banded in April, maybe a week or so before or after you and she's had 3 fills and the next one is early July! WTH?? Be strong and get back to the plan, you'll do great.

Good luck, I wish there was some info on what to say to get a fill from a doc! I felt bad for you as soon as I saw the title "gain' its everyone's worst fear and yet it has happened or will happen to all of us. And hopefully in a year we'll all be laughing about it. Since you lost and gained the same three I see it more as breaking eve than a net gain but I will really be rooting for you when you go in and try to get a fill...don't end up in a back alley trying to get a black market fill, ok?
