Feeling Great!!!!
Wow I am really feeling great this week!!!! the fill on Monday has made a big difference. I know my stomach is still swollen from the fill, but I do hope this one last for 4 weeks or longer.
I am also really excited about joining the wellness center. I went to visit it yesterday to get a tour and it was amazing!!!!!!!
They had everything I really wanted, except a low price. But you get what you pay for. It is right on my way home from work too. It has a great pool area and even a zen garden outside. How great will it be to relax outside and air dry from the pool workout. :crying:
I even have a co-worker that goes there now. She does not go often so I am not depending on her to get me motivated. I am going to motivate her to go more often.
I love this change in my life as I am sure most of you do too.
It is a huge step towards our happy healthy lives.
