Yay, its Friday!!!! I love Fridays! Knowing that I don't work the next day is just a darn good feeling.
I ate terrible last night, didn't eat a lot, but just ate the wrong stuff!
Again, no exercise.........
Menu today
Bfast
Fiber One bar
Coffee with cream
Lunch
3 oz grilled chicken
1 cup of spinach leaves
1 tbsp ff dressing
Snack
WW yogurt
Dinner
4 oz steak
hummus
taboli - only a bite or two
maybe a bite or two of cabbage rolls
(we're going to a labanese steak house)
Wt - 160.7 (down .4 from yesterday)
