So it has been almost 1 year that I have been banded. I have only had one fill. I had no restriction after it. :biggrin: I thought the fill would be the answer. I have lost 40lbs and have gained almost 10 of it back. If I would have known that I was not going to lose the weight I would have never had this done. I would have had Gastric. My friends all did and lost all the weight in like 6-8 months. I am struggling so much and exercise daily watch what I eat and I get nothing. My fat loves me, but I hate it.:rolleyes:
