this is great today i had my preop my surgery is on tuesday yay! im excited no longer scared thank God. I have to say this diet is great i have already lost 5 pounds. cant wait till i lose more weight. God is good ! :rolleyes: :biggrin:

  I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
